Environmental protection and efficient resource use are prioritized as the major project aims for ambitious sustainability goals, including LEED Silver certification. Innovative soil management techniques enable the reuse of soil material by incorporating a lime-cement mix. In addition, excess concrete will be recycled into bollards instead of being disposed of at great expense.
