What we offer.

Coupled with our experience and willingness to implement new technologies and methods at an early stage, we work with a resource-saving, integrated approach. The aim is to combine the areas of planning, sustainability, BIM and Lean to create added value for our customers.

Planning.

The foundation of our work is partnership-based cooperation. We coordinate specialist planning for the individual trades with external planners or our affiliate pde Integrale Planung and optimise existing building plans. All according to the wishes and requirements of our customers.

Sustainability.

We fulfil our responsibility towards the environment in the best possible way. We focus on sustainable buildings that fulfil all economic, ecological and social requirements over their entire life cycle. We consult our clients on all relevant building certifications, optimise measures and focus on resource conservation and a low carbon footprint from planning to construction.

BIM.

Building Information Modelling is a holistic, digital process for creating and managing information for a construction project. Based on a model, BIM integrates structured data to create a digital representation of an object throughout its entire life cycle. This enables all parties involved to work together on an integrated data model. To ensure smooth project coordination, we use BIM during planning as well as during construction and for subsequent operation by the operator.

Lean.

Lean construction projects require careful planning and optimised processes based on Lean principles. This streamlines processes from planning to execution, increases added value and enables transparent communication across all project levels. Work steps are clearly defined and analysed in advance - this helps us to design projects in a resource- and time-optimised manner.
