The entire new building has a total gross floor area of 5,900 m2 and has 28 rental flats, a commercial unit on the ground floor and an underground car park with 32 parking spaces. The ground-breaking ceremony for the project took place in April 2022, meaning that the construction project was realised in less than two years. The inner-city construction project demanded everything from the PORR building construction team: precise planning, a sophisticated logistics concept and smooth interface management.

The new residential and commercial building will give Gütersloh's city centre a new and modern property that will architecturally enhance the cityscape. Future tenants can expect a residential and commercial building in Gütersloh's historic city centre: the Martin Luther Church, as well as other listed buildings, are located in the immediate vicinity. The city museum and shopping street are also right on the doorstep and the city park is within easy walking distance.
