The study "Germany's Most Desired Employers 2023" was carried out by the IMWF Institut für Management- und Wirtschaftsforschung GmbH on behalf of the F.A.Z. Institute. In a period from 01 June 2022 to 31 May 2023, 16,000 companies were evaluated. Data from a social listening and an online survey were analysed.

The social listening focused on the reputation factors employer performance, management performance, economic performance, product & service performance, family friendliness and sustainability. The structured questionnaire covered the topics of job security, working hours, salary structure, development and training opportunities, communication and family friendliness.

PORR achieved the highest possible score and has thus once again come a step closer to its goal of "Best Place to Work". At PORR, the focus is on the PORR employees. It is particularly important to promote the health and well-being as well as the further development of our employees. Company health promotion, further training opportunities at the PORR Academy and team events are just some of the ways we contribute to this.
