Balancing work and family life is a challenge that we at PORR actively support. We are therefore all the more delighted about the latest award from ServiceValue in cooperation with the F.A.Z. Institute: we are one of the best companies in terms of family friendliness.
We are one of the ‘Family-Friendly Employers 2025’
The study is based on an innovative two-stage web monitoring process that analysed several hundred million public sources – from editorial websites to social media. The topics of family friendliness, employer quality and working atmosphere were evaluated. The result: we are among the top companies that stand out particularly positively in the public perception.
Why is this important?
Family friendliness has long been more than just a ‘nice-to-have’. It is a decisive factor in employer attractiveness and brand perception. At PORR, we focus on flexible working time models, a baby box for our youngest employees, attractive insurance offers and care leave.
