On 24 March 1997, Patricia Euler started her first working day as a draughtswoman at her then employer, Bilfinger & Berger Bauaktiengesellschaft, at Flickerstal 5 in Kaiserslautern. Back then, the plans were still painstakingly drawn by hand. After a few months of familiarisation at the headquarters in Kaiserslautern, Patricia moved to an office container at the US Ramstein Air Base and got to know many new colleagues. This office container was, and still is, the ‘centrepiece’ of a long-term framework agreement at this airport site and is affectionately known as the ‘ranch’ by the entire BBGS team. She worked here for the company for 15 years. Of these, she spent a total of four years on parental leave to look after her two children.

After her return in 2012, she once again enriched our main site in Kaiserslautern and continues to support all BBGS projects in terms of drawing and organisation (e.g. plan management).

On her anniversary on 24 March 2022, our Managing Director Andreas Ehret presented her with a certificate of appreciation and our Works Council Chairwoman Elke Kleres presented her with a gift on behalf of all her colleagues. The occasion was rounded off with a small champagne reception and homemade cake under difficult coronavirus conditions at the company headquarters.
