The Bremen district of Osterholz is located around eleven kilometers east of Bremen's historic city center. 38,000 people live in the district. Continuous modernization measures in recent years have improved the quality of life in Osterholz. The village charm combined with modern detached houses is particularly attractive for families with children.

In April 2023, the Oldenburg branch of PORR Hochbau Region Nord began work on the inclusive daycare center. The new building was handed over to the operator of the childcare facility, Conpart, in May 2024 - a few weeks earlier than originally planned thanks to the smooth running of the project. The three-storey building with staggered flat roofs offers space for six groups and a total of 100 children. During the official opening of the building, the invited guests were able to see the beautiful new premises for themselves.

Jürgen Lohse, Managing Director of Conpart e. V., is not only enthusiastic about the new daycare center, but also about the collaboration with PORR: “We had a great collaboration with PORR. We implemented the project efficiently with the construction managers, it was simply great fun. I can only recommend PORR as a general contractor for the construction of other daycare centers.”
