On 4 July, from 5 p.m. onwards, the motto was: Ahoy and good luck. A ship with the entire team of ARGE U5 Europaviertel set sail in Frankfurt on the Main towards Aschaffenburg - past the Frankfurt skyline, under which the new tunnel tubes of the U5 light rail line lie at a depth of around 17 metres. On the occasion of the completed tunnel construction work, the team celebrated the successful milestone together.

The project management, the tunnelling department management and the construction management thanked the entire team for the successful and safe completion of the tunnel works. The subsequent barbecue buffet and the joint evening on the Main River represented a worthy conclusion to the tunnel construction work and a nice team-building activity: The mood was exuberant and the feedback very positive.
