While traditional full inpatient care in homes is reaching its economic limits, a rethink towards more flexible, outpatient care concepts is becoming more and more prevalent. This year's Senior Living took up this topic, offered representatives of the real estate industry exciting expert lectures and invited discussion.

"Demographic change confronts municipalities and cities with the social question and brings the topic of service living into focus. It is our task to understand the requirements of social welfare facilities in terms of need orientation and economic efficiency, and to plan and build individual, sustainable solutions. In doing so, we stand by with our many years of expertise, from Consulting to Planning to turnkey handover, and keep an eye on the diverse requirements, as for example with the care facilities in Hamburg that we are currently realising for Hamburger Senioren Immobilien GmbH," explains Björn Motzkus. "Marketable service living requires the involvement of property developers, developers and outpatient care services in private and non-profit planning processes. This event shows how important it is for the industry to exchange views on this topic from an investor, operator and implementation perspective. We are pleased to have been a part of this event," adds Oliver Fürstmann.
