Top spot in industry ranking: PORR is Training Champion 2025

PORR has been named Training Champion 2025, setting a clear benchmark in its industry. This honour is based on a comprehensive study conducted by the F.A.Z. Institute in cooperation with ServiceValue. Among other things, the study evaluated the tone and reach of online mentions as well as internal assessments of qualifications, further training, training success, hiring and remuneration.
PORR was named industry winner with a maximum score of 100. The company impressed with its fair remuneration, future-oriented training content and excellent development prospects. These factors are particularly important in times of skilled labour shortages, as unfilled training positions jeopardise the long-term competitiveness of companies. PORR is sending a strong signal in this regard.
The award is based on a multi-stage analysis process that includes both social media monitoring and an online survey. A total of over 2.6 million online mentions relating to around 15,000 companies were evaluated. The ‘Training Champions 2025’ study underlines how important attractive training programmes are for securing the future. After all, today's trainees are tomorrow's skilled workers.
