The study was conducted by the Cologne-based analysis company ServiceValue on behalf of DEUTSCHLAND TEST. It was based on extensive evaluations of public mentions on the internet as well as in social media. Artificial intelligence was used to evaluate the content and assign it to key evaluation criteria such as overall impression, trust, reliability, quality, recommendation and price. Both the tone and the reach of the text contributions were decisive for the result. Companies with above-average scores received the ‘Company of the Year’ award.
