PORR wins new contract for construction of office building for employment agency in Schleswig

From January 2022, PORR and its Building Construction North branch will be constructing a new turnkey office and administration building for the Federal Employment Agency in Schleswig. It was commissioned for this by HBG BautrÀger GmbH, Oldenburg. A good, trusting cooperation between the client and PORR has already been tried and tested: PORR has already been commissioned as general contractor by HBG BautrÀger GmbH in the past for the new job centre/employment agency building in Bad Segeberg and for an extension to the job centre in Ahrensburg.
In addition to the construction of the two-storey office building with a partial basement, the scope of the contract in Schleswig also includes the construction of the outbuildings, outdoor facilities and a parking facility with 38 parking spaces, four of which are barrier-free.
Completion is scheduled for January 2023.
