PORR has been named ‘Employer of the Year’ in the ‘Construction Companies’ category for the second time in a row. This confirms the company's leading role not only as one of Europe's largest construction companies, but also as a particularly attractive employer.

PORR once again named “Employer of the Year”

The award is based on the ‘Employer of the Year 2026’ study conducted by DEUTSCHLAND TEST in cooperation with the market research institute ServiceValue. Around 16,000 companies were analysed on the basis of key criteria such as training, future prospects, career opportunities and fairness. The evaluation was based on comprehensive social media monitoring, in which millions of online posts were evaluated in terms of tone and reach.
With above-average results in all relevant categories, PORR is once again setting standards in the industry.
