The decisive factors for the top position were the strong presence in social media, a modern and transparent understanding of leadership, as well as the consistent promotion of digital and sustainable transformation processes. Particular emphasis was also placed on the targeted promotion of diversity and the successful combination of economic stability with a positive working atmosphere.

The award is based on a comprehensive study by the F.A.Z. Institute, which, together with partners, analyzed around 6.9 million social media mentions of approximately 17,000 companies in the period from August 1, 2023, to July 31, 2025. Both the tone and the reach of the posts were evaluated. The best companies in each industry were standardized, with the respective industry winner setting the benchmark at 100 points.

The results impressively show which companies combine economic strength with a modern, future-oriented working environment. Transparent leadership, innovative strength, and sustainable action are decisive factors for success. With this award, PORR proves once again that the company not only reacts to current developments but also actively shapes the working world of tomorrow.
