The study was carried out in two stages: firstly, relevant posts were identified from publicly accessible online sources. Subsequently, the content collected was categorised and analysed using AI-supported methods to identify companies, subject areas and tones. On this basis, an industry ranking was produced reflecting perceptions of corporate stability.

Stability and reliability play an important role for clients, project partners and employees. They lay the foundations for long-term collaboration and the successful implementation of projects.

The study’s findings underline the positive perception of PORR within the market. Factors such as a broad range of services, standardised project processes, the use of digital planning and management methods, as well as collaboration across different service areas characterise the company’s way of working. Furthermore, PORR continuously invests in the further development of its processes and construction methods.

Ranked second with 98.2 points in the ‘High Stability’ sector ranking, PORR is, according to the ServiceValue study, one of the highest-rated construction companies in Germany.
