New administrative building for the Employment Agency in Schleswig
Office building with Outdoor facilities and car parking spaces
The new building was constructed as a two-storey structure, partly with a basement. In addition to the administration building, PORR’s scope of work also included the ancillary buildings and Outdoor facilities, as well as a car park with a total of 38 parking spaces, four of which are accessible.
Continued collaboration
The project in Schleswig marks a continuation of the collaboration between HBG Bauträger GmbH and PORR Building Construction Region Nord. PORR had previously completed the new building for the Jobcentre and Employment Agency in Bad Segeberg for HBG, as well as an extension to the Jobcentre in Ahrensburg.
New premises for the Employment Agency
The new building has created the physical conditions required for the Federal Employment Agency to use the premises in Schleswig for administrative purposes. The office building, ancillary buildings, car parks and Outdoor facilities were constructed as a cohesive site.
