The customer Osram awarded the contract for the planning of another semiconductor factory to PORR Industriebau GmbH in June 2016. The contract as total contractor was awarded in January 2017. In view of the scope of the project and the large clean room areas, the highly complex building was constructed in a record construction time of 13 months to the RFE (Ready for Equipment) deadline.
