Expansion of the production site in Regensburg-Burgweinting

This construction phase comprised a production building with a gross floor area of around 25,000 m². In addition to the building works, the infrastructure facilities required for the site were constructed both inside and outside the buildings. This created additional production and infrastructure space at the Regensburg-Burgweinting site.

On reinforced concrete up to 1.50 metres thick

All parts of the building were subjected to foundation work without a basement. A monolithic reinforced concrete slab was used as the foundation element, the thickness of which varied between 80 and 150 cm depending on the project area. This forms the basis for load transfer in the production and infrastructure buildings.

Infrastructure extending beyond the building boundaries

In addition to the construction of the buildings, the contract included the installation of the technical infrastructure on the factory site. The work covered both facilities inside the buildings and the infrastructure in the outdoor areas. These services formed part of the turnkey construction of the third construction phase.

Additional space at the Regensburg-Burgweinting site

With the third construction phase, the existing production site in Regensburg-Burgweinting was expanded to include additional production and infrastructure space. The newly created space thus complements the site’s existing use.
