In the new Commerhof residential district in Kaarst, PORR Hochbau Region West's Düsseldorf branch is constructing three three-story apartment buildings with a total of 38 apartments on a gross floor area of 5,309 m². The complex is complemented by a continuous underground car park with 28 parking spaces. Two-thirds of the apartments will be marketed freely, while one-third will be available to employees of the client DGN, a leading IT service provider in the German healthcare sector.

PORR builds apartment buildings in modern residential project
The building construction team from Düsseldorf is responsible for the partial turnkey construction, including earthworks, reinforced concrete and masonry work, roof and facade work, and all finishing work (excluding building services and outdoor facilities).
The shell will be constructed in the traditional manner using concrete and masonry. A sand-colored brick facade will give the building a bright, high-quality appearance. The roofs will be green, and almost all apartments will have a terrace, loggia, or balcony.

Some apartments are intended as furnished boarding apartments for project-related collaboration with external specialists.
