Expo Real 2025

Expo Real 2026.
International Trade Fair for Property and Investment.

Cities are more than the sum of their buildings: at EXPO REAL 2026, PORR will demonstrate how integrated living spaces are created in which people live, work and connect. Under the motto “We build living spaces”, the company will be focusing on holistic approaches to the city of the future in Munich from 5 to 7 October.

The demands placed on urban spaces are changing rapidly. There is a need for interconnected concepts that intelligently combine housing, work, education, services and mobility – whilst taking economic and environmental requirements equally into account. At the same time, expectations regarding flexibility, resource efficiency and the long-term usability of property and infrastructure are rising.

Building living spaces holistically

Against this backdrop, PORR will be presenting its solutions for the development of modern, interconnected urban structures at EXPO REAL 2026. The focus is on the interplay of different uses, which, through integrated planning and implementation, are transformed into functional living spaces. The key question underpinning the exhibition stand is: How can complex requirements be brought together in such a way as to create sustainable, resilient and future-proof cities?

Future-proof cities are not created by individual projects, but by the intelligent integration of different uses and requirements into a functioning whole. This is precisely where PORR comes in with its integrated approach, from planning through to implementation,” explains Marko Lehmann, Managing Director of PORR GmbH & Co. KGaA.

From planning to implementation

The answer lies in PORR’s holistic approach across the entire value chain. The service portfolio encompasses residential neighbourhoods, office and administrative buildings, as well as educational and research facilities, care homes, data centres, industrial and commercial sites, and hotels. This range is complemented by the necessary infrastructure, which efficiently links all these uses together. This results in integrated solutions that meet the diverse requirements of modern cities.

A key factor in this success is PORR’s integrated service model: planning, specialist expertise and execution mesh seamlessly and are delivered from a single source. This creates clear processes, reduces interfaces and increases certainty regarding deadlines, quality and costs. For clients, this means one thing above all: a reliable partnership and sustainable project outcomes with long-term added value.

A platform for dialogue on sustainable cities

EXPO REAL in Munich covers the entire value chain of the property sector and is regarded as Europe’s largest industry network. It offers the ideal platform for dialogue with decision-makers. PORR makes targeted use of the trade fair to provide impetus for the development of modern cities and infrastructure and to deepen the dialogue on integrated project approaches.
