Renovation Bldg 11, Vehicle Maintenance Facility

In compliance with monument preservation requirements, BBGS Sp z o.o executed a design & build project in Poznań, Poland. The derelict building, a former vehicle maintenance facility used by the Polish army, clearly showed its age and was handed over in miserable condition.
For a contract value of narrowly EUR 1.5m, BBGS Sp z o.o assumed a versatile and challenging renovation project including the following tasks:
- demolition of all internal electrical and mechanical installations
- new electrical and telecommunication installation
- installation of a new fire alarm system
- new HVAC and plumbing installation
- industrial epoxy floor in maintenance hall, electrical & IT rooms

Facelift for a run-down facility.

After a 10 months construction period, the former factory is now shining in new splendour, still matching the previous design in reference to both US and Polish codes.
