A strong sense of community, opportunities for development and a corporate culture of mutual respect: that is what PORR stands for. This is also confirmed by the Handelsblattâs latest âBest Employers 2026â award.

For the study, SWI HR surveyed more than 1,500 participating companies on behalf of the Handelsblatt. The assessment took into account, as well as family-friendly policies, flexible working arrangements, equal opportunities, professional development, and leadership and corporate culture.
At PORR, collaboration is characterised by reliability, shoulder to shoulder solidarity, appreciation, passion and a pioneering spirit. Our aim is to create a working environment in which PORRians take on responsibility, develop their skills and make a difference together.
And that is not the only appreciation: in 2026, PORR was also named âGermanyâs Most Desirable Employerâ. In the construction companies category, it received the award for the fifth year running. The study was conducted by ServiceValue in cooperation with the F.A.Z. Institute.
