BE Volkswohnungen GmbH, has completed a modern turnkey residential complex in Berlin-Lichtenberg. In addition to high-quality residential units, the project also included a daycare center and attractive commercial space.

Lakeward is planning the construction of two groups of apartment buildings on two building plots (north and south), comprising three to four buildings with basements or underground car parks, a ground floor and four to six upper storeys, all spread across a total area of 12,855m2.
Red and green façades add a dash of colour to the residential complex
Almost 400 residential units are planned as part of the project. A new day nursery and eight retail units will be constructed on the northern site. The residential units, ranging from 1- to 5-room apartments, are intended for rental, with 79 units eligible for housing subsidies. The distinctive red and green façades on the northern and southern sites respectively will make the overall development stand out from the existing buildings within the area.
Sustainable construction in line with ESG criteria
Lakeward has set itself the goal of making real strides in environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) in the property sector. This project is no different: its collaborative efforts, working in close conjunction with PORR and other partners, have resulted in responsible and sustainable development for the new neighbourhood.
