Humboldtringgärten, Potsdam

In a prominent location between the UNESCO World Heritage Park Babelsberg and the historic old town of Potsdam, QUARTERBACK Immobilien will begin construction in August 2025 on a modern residential complex with five floors, 214 apartments, and an underground parking garage with 59 parking spaces. The Dresden office of building construction Region Ost will serve as the general contractor for the project, which is scheduled to take 27 months to complete. PORR special civil engineering is responsible for the deep foundations with around 300 bored piles, including work and assembly planning.

Future residents of Humboldtringgärten will enjoy the immediate proximity to Babelsberg Landscape Park and can stroll along the banks of the Havel River to the city center. Schools, doctors' offices, and shopping facilities are within easy walking distance.

The residential complex offers a total usable area of 11,350 square meters. The one- to four-room apartments range from 20 to 110 square meters in size and each have a balcony or terrace. Ideal for enjoying the view of the city, the Havel landscape, or the green space in the inner courtyard.

Sustainable and economical construction go hand in hand

As with all QUARTERBACK Immobilien properties, sustainability is a key consideration. The project developer has specified the KfW Efficiency House 55 standard for Humboldtringgärten and is aiming for DGNB certification. Successful collaboration on previous projects in Dresden, Berlin-Lichtenberg, and Norderstedt forms the basis for cost-efficient implementation.
