The construction of a turnkey residential complex in the so-called "Westpark JTS" in an excellent location and with good infrastructure connections was the order for PORR Hochbau West GmbH. On the 5,718 m² site, the residential complex was built consisting of a U-shaped building component with seven storeys, an underground car park and a basement level below. Seven houses with 115 rental and 63 subsidised senior flats ranging in size from two to four rooms with 49 to 130 m² offer plenty of living space.

The "Othmarschen Wohnpark" in Hamburg.
The necessary civil engineering and specialist civil engineering work involved excavating approx. 27,000 m³ of partly contaminated soil for the construction pits and constructing 295 bored piles in cooperation with our affiliate PORR Spezialtiefbau GmbH.
In addition to the tight space conditions, the directly adjacent new construction of a student dormitory was also challenging. The simultaneous construction of the buildings required special site coordination by our team to ensure a smooth construction process.
