New residential building with day care centre in Berlin-Lichtenberg
Quartier 315 in Berlin-Lichtenberg is an important project for affordable housing in the capital. A total of 173 rental apartments have been built on an area of around 13,400 square meters, 89 of which are socially subsidized. The focus is on high quality of living, sustainability and an infrastructure suited to everyday life: the new building meets the GEG 2020 energy efficiency standard, has a green roof and a landscaped courtyard with a playground. An integrated daycare center with 16 places, 69 underground parking spaces and 412 bicycle parking spaces ensure short distances and flexible mobility. The apartments range from one-room apartments to five-room apartments, with 87 units designed to be barrier-free.

After a construction period of just under 21 months, QUARTERBACK Immobilien AG has handed over the residential building with integrated daycare center at Landsberger Allee 315 in Berlin-Lichtenberg to WBM Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin-Mitte mbH. The Berlin branch of PORR Hochbau Region Ost was responsible for the implementation as general contractor and played a key role in ensuring that the project was completed in accordance with the contract and within the agreed budget.
