From office district to lively residential neighborhood: this is the motto behind the development of the Lyoner Quartier in the south of Frankfurt. For several years now, attractive living space for all generations and stages of life has been created here. Between May 2020 and June 2023, PORR Hochbau West, Frankfurt branch, carried out the âLyoner GĂ€rtenâ residential project on behalf of GWH Bauprojekte GmbH. The project comprises a total of 158 new apartments in the Niederrad district, including a parking garage with 16 apartments and six apartment buildings with 142 residential units. It is designed to create attractive living space for different life situations and thus represents a significant development in the housing sector.

The completion of the Lyon Gardens construction project was characterized by well-timed parallel work, which was successfully managed despite challenges such as pandemic-related, geopolitical, and weather-related influences. Particular attention was paid to maintaining customer satisfaction, quality, costs, and the target completion date. Meticulous weekly planning and synchronization of the tradesmen's work ensured that the construction work ran smoothly, ultimately leading to successful acceptance.
The Lyoner GĂ€rten not only represent an expansion of living space in Frankfurt, but also offer concrete benefits for the community and residents. By creating attractive and contemporary living space in a green neighborhood, not only are new living spaces being created, but the quality of life for residents is also being sustainably improved. The project thus contributes to the urbanization of the district and offers a livable environment for people of all ages and life situations.
