The site between the Ostkreuz traffic junction and the Stralau peninsula will soon be home to a comb-shaped ensemble of four buildings with a shared basement floor and uninterrupted views of the Rummelsburg Bay.

The An der Mole 3–9 development incorporates 169 apartments, a daycare centre with approx. 48 places and 4 to 5 commercial units on the ground floor, and 4200m2 of outdoor facilities including interior courtyard spaces and playing fields in various configurations. All under the one roof: PORR Spezialtiefbau executes the foundation works
PORR is able to provide all the necessary services for the project. The alternative foundations are being constructed by the specialist civil engineering experts at PORR subsidiary PORR Spezialtiefbau. These foundations feature 250 solid displacement Atlas piles measuring 20–30m in length.
The An der Mole development is the third project on which PORR has provided general contracting services to HOWOGE, following on from the Q218 and Frankfurt Allee 135 construction schemes.
