Lean management is characterized by communication on an equal footing, transparent collaboration, and optimally coordinated construction workflows. By involving all project stakeholders at an early stage, efficient processes are created that are consistently focused on value creation from planning through to execution.

Core workflows and interfaces are analyzed and structured collaboratively. This allows unnecessary process steps in construction, production, and commercial and administrative workflows to be identified early on, optimized, or eliminated entirely. The goal of Lean Management is to systematically identify potential and sustainably leverage it within the framework of a continuous improvement process.

We view Lean Design and Lean Construction as a continuous process that spans all phases of construction. During execution, we work closely with external planners and with our sister company pde Integrale Planung.
