PORR’s laboratory in Germany offers a wide range of specialized testing and consulting services in the fields of construction and environmental engineering. It is an independent, accredited testing facility that provides services to both internal and external clients.

  • Paving of Thin Asphalt Surface Courses Using the Hot Paving Method (EÜ-V (DSH-V)): Optimization of asphalt surface courses for durable road pavements.
  • Testing of asphalt mixtures: Qualitative analysis of key parameters such as binder content, gradation, void content, bulk density, water sensitivity, rutting resistance, and fatigue and stiffness behavior.
  • Consulting on mixture composition and asphalt processing: Technical support for optimizing asphalt mixtures and their processing.
  • Factory Production Control (FPC): Ensuring quality through continuous monitoring of the mixing plants.
