With Sanitär-Elementbau GmbH, PORR is expanding its range of services in the field of prefabricated building services and sanitary elements. The range includes building services modules based on the INSTA-BLOC system for various building types and applications.
Services include the design, manufacture, delivery and installation of prefabricated sanitary elements. The modules are manufactured in accordance with technical, regulatory and project-specific requirements.
The range of services includes, amongst other things, sanitary walls, sanitary units and shaft solutions for residential buildings, hotels, office blocks, hospitals as well as care homes.
The design takes into account fire and sound insulation requirements, as well as other technical and building physics specifications.
