A new chapter in life is beginning for 59 young people right now: they are starting their apprenticeship, their dual study programme or their work-integrated degree programme at PORR. They are embarking on their career paths at 17 sites across Germany, bringing with them fresh ideas, curiosity and motivation.

However varied their roles, projects and areas of work may be, they all have one thing in common: a shared start to a varied apprenticeship programme with excellent prospects.
PORR places great importance on training young talent. The company offers apprenticeship places in various trade, technical and commercial roles, as well as a range of options for dual study programmes. Trainees gain practical insights at an early stage, take on responsibility and have the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally.
