PORR named “Germany's Best Employer 2026” and “Germany's Best Training Companies 2026”

PORR Germany is officially one of the best employers in the country: in two independent studies, the company was named both “Germany's Best Employer 2026” and “Germany's Best Training Company 2026.” This means that, from the perspective of employees and trainees, PORR is one of the leading employers in Germany – from career entry to long-term career development.

In 2026, PORR Germany was officially named one of “Germany's Best Employers” and “Germany's Best Training Companies.”

The award is based on a broad-based survey consisting of a representative population survey, a supplementary online analysis, and a detailed evaluation of a company questionnaire. Among other things, working conditions, employer attractiveness, corporate culture, and the quality of training were evaluated. In total, tens of thousands of assessments by employees, trainees, parents, and other stakeholders were included in the evaluation. PORR Deutschland met the high requirements in all categories examined and achieved scores well above the industry average.

What the result means for PORR

The double award confirms PORR Deutschland's commitment to consistently living up to its responsibilities—toward employees, trainees, and society. This is based on structured onboarding with a buddy program, targeted training measures, and individual learning formats in training. In addition, PORR offers its employees health services such as health days and mini-impulses, as well as team-building activities such as team events and company celebrations.
