The result is based on a comprehensive study by the F.A.Z Institute. More than five million pieces of online data on 12,000 companies were analysed as part of a social listening exercise. With the help of AI, aspects such as innovation, digitalisation, sustainability and corporate culture were evaluated and the most modern employers were selected.
