The study is based on a multi-stage analytical process that takes into account both the public perception of companies as training providers and their internal training programmes. To this end, several thousand companies across numerous sectors in Germany were assessed. To evaluate public perception regarding employer attractiveness and training, a comprehensive media and social media monitoring programme was employed; millions of online mentions were analysed using AI. In addition, a structured online questionnaire was conducted in which companies provided details on training content, success rates, remuneration and additional benefits.
