This award is the latest in a series of recent employer and training rankings in which PORR has already been recognised on several occasions for its appeal as an employer and its support for young talent. It confirms the company’s sustainable approach of specifically developing its own skilled workforce and thereby actively helping to shape the future viability of the construction industry.

The independent study identifies those companies that enjoy the best reputation as training providers within their respective sectors. The assessment was based on a multi-stage web monitoring process that analysed several hundred million publicly accessible online sources. In addition, information provided by the companies on qualifications, further training, training success rates, chances of permanent employment and remuneration was factored into the assessment.
