The new offices are located in the “Timber Pioneer” office building at Europa-Allee 92 in the Bockenheim district. The new location offers a modern working environment in the heart of the dynamic Europaviertel district.

At “Timber Pioneer”, Frankfurt’s first office building constructed using a hybrid timber-concrete construction method, PORR continues to bring together key service areas under one roof: building construction, civil engineering, specialised civil engineering, and H+E Haustechnik und Elektro GmbH. This strengthens interdisciplinary collaboration and promotes efficient coordination processes in project management.

“By moving into the ‘Timber Pioneer’, we are purposefully developing our Frankfurt site and creating the ideal conditions for our teams to work together.
