Parkstadt Karlshorst residential quarter: PORR is helping to build a new, green quarter in Berlin-Lichtenberg

PORR Hochbau Region Ost, Berlin branch, is building 15 turnkey residential buildings on the WA 3 and WA 5 construction sections of the new Parkstadt Karlshorst district in Lichtenberg. On behalf of Bonava Wohnbau, 239 flats and 135 underground parking spaces are being built with a gross floor area of approx. 34,000 m². Our affiliate pde Integrale Planung is responsible for the cross-project LEAN management. Through the use of LEAN, the team on site, in cooperation with the client, enables communication at eye level, transparency and a resource-saving and time-optimised project realisation. The time-lapse video shows in 50 seconds how the buildings of the residential quarter are constructed - from the ground slab to the finished building.
